It's On Tonight, Becks.

Just a little reminder for our Top Chef scheduling impaired friends.

Speaking of delicious food:

Deadspot, not to ignore your Roscoe's content, but I have to tell you this story, because you're the only one I know who might give the slightest of shits.

So this weekend, I was at a party and I heard one of the guests standing behind me saying "Chef Colicchio" this and "Chef Colicchio" that, so I totally busted into his conversation and it turns out that he works at Craft here in LA.

He said that Colicchio was very nice to his employees, and everyone worshiped him who worked there. He did have his doubts about the wisdom of Craft's recent $150 steak special, but other than that he had nothing bad to say.

I asked him if it was true that Colicchio was an icon in the bear community, but he just gave me the "huh?" stare. No one at the restaurant watches the show. It's beneath them, apparently. Too bad.

Hey, that's from Tapeheads, one of my favorite movies!

"Am I crying?"

"I'm going to let you do that video for me... on spec."

Ah, I didn't know until it was too late. I was watching "So You Think You Can Dance?" I think I caught the tail end of "Top Chef," if it was in fact this week's episode. I'm assuming it was.

They should just combine this into one show, like "Dancing Cooks" or something. I bet it would be better than "Cop Rock."

Brush with brush with celebrity? I kid! I kid! That's pretty cool. I think they mentioned that Radicchio worked at Craft, but I had no idea where it was.

So how many steaks come in the $150 special?

"There's only one thing that adds real production value." Every once in a while, Johnny, I find myself with the urge to belt out "Los!... Swanky Modes!" I love that movie too.

And this is why you should read my blog more often, Becks. I try, but I can't help if you don't want to be helped.
